Asset Condition Monitoring
Detect condition changes before they become maintenance surprises.
MachineGuard is a retrofit condition-monitoring and early-warning layer for motors, pumps, fans and rotating equipment using sensors, trends, alerts and condition review.
Problems we address
Start with the operating need.
1
Inspections are too infrequent
Condition can deteriorate between route-based inspection intervals.
2
Condition data is fragmented
Vibration, temperature, current and operator observations may not be correlated.
3
Maintenance remains reactive
Teams need trends and evidence to decide when to inspect, diagnose or intervene.
What you receive
A monitoring layer that can grow with the application.
Retrofit sensing
Vibration, temperature, current or other sensors selected according to failure modes and accessibility.
Trends & alerts
Baseline tracking, thresholds, trend slope, events and device-status monitoring.
Diagnostic workflow
Data becomes input for engineering review, inspection, RCA and maintenance planning.

MachineGuard is not a protection system and does not automatically guarantee Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction. Diagnostic capability depends on sensing, sampling, baseline, failure history, operating context and data quality.
Use cases
Example applications
MotorsBearing, thermal or electrical-condition trends according to installed sensing.
PumpsVibration, temperature, operating state and process-condition correlation where available.
Fans / blowersRotating-equipment condition trends for change detection.
Critical auxiliariesAssets without online condition monitoring that remain operationally important.
Implementation
From assessment to scale-up.
1. AssessObjective, assets, signals, network, risk.
2. DesignSensors, gateway, protocol and data model.
3. PilotInstallation, dashboard, alerts and validation.
4. ReviewData quality, usability, findings and value.
5. ScaleExpand to more assets, sites and workflows.
